Jen Retail Properties was established through Intro International Limited in 1992 with acquisitions in Australia in the retail property sector.

Since the company's establishment, Jen Retail Properties has expanded through the acquisition of further shopping centres in Australia and the redevelopment of existing properties. Jen Retail Properties' portfolio spans convenience and community based centres through to subregional and CBD retail centres.

Jen Retail Properties is head quartered in Brisbane Australia, where the company oversees the five retail centres along the eastern seaboard of Australia. In Australia the company is represented currently in two states, Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Queensland and Sydney New South Wales.

Jen Retail Properties will continue to expand the portfolio, both through the redevelopment of existing properties and the acquisition of additional quality retail centres locally and internationally.
